Black children have to be taught how to act because they are not allowed to act like themselves... They are not allowed to act like children. White children can act out, they can misbehave and disobey without such severe consequences. Black children have to act and behave above and beyond how a white child would JUST to survive... The standards are higher. The playing field is different.
